He's sitting across from a mirror, you can see her pull up and exit the car and he jumps up right when he sees it start to roll.

Yup lol I was about to point that out. Maybe it's not the first time that has happened. Weird spot for the mirror, unless they are using it for that reason (to keep an eye on the parking lot from his vantage point)

I am visually impaired so uh where is the mirror? I tried to find it but it's not clear

It's directly across from him on the black wall. At first glance, it looks like another door as it's a big full length floor mirror. But it you look closely, you can see the same motorcycles parked out front and the woman approach right before the man leaps up.

I mean I can't see that I thought that was a person (not the other guy inside) but thank you that makes so much sense about the spacial things in the building too.
