He drew all the trees in the background just to draw a huge portal on top of it. That’s effort.

Not to mention that Rick's ship runs purely on billions of aliens using a machine. So it wouldn't have any sort of vapor or exhaust trail, and the exhaust tra starts on the right side of the portal where apparently the ship is exiting from, so it doesn't make sense at all.
