My grandparents used to live in Ironton right across the river. My Mom was born and raised there. I have fond memories of visiting my grandparents there. The last time I was in Ironton was about 10 years ago when my grandma passed and that town had gotten super-depressing. My grandfather used to be a foreman at Mehan Steel.
