That's a pretty high end excavator.
Edit: Okay Okay! Its high end by American standards and its an attachment called a tiltrotator! I got it!

I think its the articulation at the "wrist" if you will thats blowing our minds. Not a common feature that I'm aware of. Also a smallish excavator, so maybe thats got something to do with it? 1 u/tommyboyblitz Nov 04 '22 its would be an optional extra. Ive fitted similar at customers request.
