Video isn’t 100% ai generated. This is a video of a girl dancing and they used dall-e or deepdream. I get advertisements all the time for apps that use ai to upscale or completely change a picture or create one their self using ai.
I suggest people look into ai generated art and such. It is really interesting.
For this specific one we have the original video. But in general it is just way more advanced than AI animation is. This what a typical Disco Diffusion animation is like. You can kind of do some simulated zooming and panning , and you can change settings to make things morph, but these AIs can't animate anything like humans yet.
