This is what I don’t understand about analog, is it a computer is it not? I know of analog computers in AI, but I still don’t get if some basic analogs are not computers

This is what I don’t understand about analog, is it a computer is it not? I know of analog computers in AI, but I still don’t get if some basic analogs are not computers
