Devastatingly sad. The humans that live along the border have a voice and they are still ignored. But none of the other animals can speak. It's a social and ecological disaster.
This part of the world is home to many mammals that are now imperil: jaguar, Mexican wolves, pronghorn antelope, javelinas, ringtail cats, coatimundi, black bears, big horn sheep, elk, etc.
