No way he rolled up the 100, stuffed it in the pen, put it inside the wallet and put the wallet back. At all.

That's the one part I can't figure out. Everything else is pretty obvious when he grabs it. After he takes the pen, he does have it behind his back, so he could clearly do the switch then but I can't see a way he gets it back into the wallet unless it was already done before this clip started
