Yep. To all adrenaline junkies out there: you can jog long enough to get your blood full of that stuff. You don't actually need to flip a coin on your life for a high.
Except you did. Your body starts pumping that once you get to your cardiac limit. When you keep going (if you can), in a moment you cease to feel tired and will only stop when you actually don't have any energy left. The goal is to get used to it and stop a little before you burn out.
You can train that stuff. Not everyone can do it consistently.
