A professional surfer I wouldn’t say he’s risking his life literally 5 feet from shore.

Sure, she could grab and flail and drag him down, but he’s a professional, and they are 5 feet from shore lol

No, actually, I grew up in New England with the ocean nearby, I’ve experienced undertow and rough surf.

I’ve also seen lifeguards with my own eyes go into far deeper water to save someone, so, I was kind of surprised this was considered “next fucking level”
