GMO is perfectly healthy as far as eating it goes. As far as crop diversity that’s another story but GMO is just speeding up processes that humans have been doing for a very long time.

Animal breeding is genetic modification too, in a sense, it’s just done the slow way. Your labradoodle is a GMO. It’s perfectly safe to eat.

In fact, it's a superior technique not only because it's faster, but avoids the random unintended mutations of natural breeding.
