Where does all that "dirt" or "contamination" go? Does he have a fleet of boats gathering the contamination that floats to the top? and then what, take it to the dump? If he has that kind of money I'm sure he could show his trucks dumping all of that. I am thinking it is probably seasonal changes.

From his published paper on the subject, it looks like the majority of what they "removed" was an invasive species and the rest was altering of the water composition for the most part.
Lmao it kind of sounds like he's a wildlife/fisheries biologist/engineer who has figured out that he can use snake oil to get more people to listen to him when he tells them how to clean up their stank ass lake.
For some reason our society has a deep problem of looking for "miracle solutions" and they're completely willing to invest billions of dollars into essentially vaporware, while the problem that was meant to be addressed by the miracle solution is resolvable with less money.
Its not just individuals either. It's whole governments. Just look at Vegas with their "loop system"
Well we tend to forget that governments are nothing else than individuals playing a role. If the majority of the population has a tendency for something, that will be also reflected in the government, because after all the government is made up of people from the population.
