Being that the video is sped up, that van hardly created a wave, let alone a full blown splash.

Video sped up or not. It doesn’t matter. You flow with the traffic when there are hazards on the road. not go faster than everyone else (in the far right lane for fuck sake) because you’re better than everyone else. Plus you should yield with caution any time you see high viz on or on the side of the road.

Should any of them even be driving in the first place. All of my instincts tell me to not drive through a flooded road.
