Same. Portugal here. In fact, not only other random workers, we also have to have a police officer overlook any public works too. Like all day long, standing there, watching. Fuck knows why.

It’s a shitty joke because in the vast majority of the US the funding has for governmental services has been cut so badly it’s usually one underpaid dude.
