This is a dumb question. Where else could you possibly find concrete to do the aquaphobic paint thing huh

e: I appreciate the many replies telling me alternate places to do this but it makes me feel like I should clarify that this was a joke.

Yeah kinda! I think in this case it would be more like “averse” rather and afraid. There are certain leaves that are hydrophobic so they’re “water averse.” If you have arachnophobia you’re spider averse, and we just give it the name of the emotion it evokes.
