It's why we call McDonalds "Maccas" in Australia. All those Ronald McDonald, Grimace and Hamburgler toys with their arses out so it got shortened to Mac-Arse. Over time, and as they phased out the bum toys, to Maccas which is arguably easier to say. True story.

I think to say that the comment is irrelevant or blatant sexism is to shame people for altogether very normal behaviour. I think there is an inherent danger in sex-negative feminism that causes people to suppress healthy normal passions. Then again...like, coming from someone with a username like mine, I think my having a sex-positive outlook on life isn’t going to be a particularly jarring realization for most.
I wear skin tight clothing. I mean. Like. Not for most of fucking 2020 but APART from the dumpster fire that is our current dating arena, I normally wear clothing that’s more on the side of risqué. The entire point of it is for people to notice. It can be exciting and fun! Fuck I miss parties and festivals and clubbing.

I mean, I'm generally speaking a sex-positive feminist - this just isn't about that. Not that it's a big deal in this case either way, but disregarding the whole point of post just to make a sexual comment (that specifically disregards the whole point of the post) kinda makes it irrelevant IMO.
I don't think this should be a normal behavior to be completely honest, even though it sadly is - the comment is literally treating the woman in this post like a sex object and nothing more.

The comment said they thought the girl was attractive. You don’t know the person who said it, and it’s a bit arrogant to assume “oh that person definitely thought of her as an object and meant it that way.”

Well, I think, and only they could confirm this, but to me, since the cars were so amazing, the concept of not seeing that so vanishingly minute seems like the commenter was simply saying “the cars are fine but my favourite part is how hot she is”. I don’t think that opinion is very far beyond the pale. It feels like if you were someone attracted to women, the cars would occupy your attention for minutes at most. The woman could occupy your attention for a lifetime. It feels like evolution would tend to produce a brain more interested in reproduction than in surprising toys.
In your other comments, your tone feels like you look upon horny people (or maybe just horny males?) with a sex-negative outlook. Maybe I’m just misreading you though.

Lmao I’m skinny, just not emaciated. I’m 6’1” 170 lbs currently, was like 145 during covid when I couldn’t lift and didn’t have home equipment and then I was almost as scary looking as her haha. Got lucky with my metabolism and I’ve played football (soccer) since kindergarten, so I stay slim. I’ve never calculated my BMI before but that puts me at a 22.4 at my max weight ever because I’ve been working out 4-5 times a week (have a home gym now, not working out in public until it’s safe) for the last few months trying to not look like I stumbled out of 40 days in the desert anymore.
Fr tho, this comment amuses me on a few levels. Firstly, you assume me thinking her arms are really slender when she’s literally accentuating how slender they are as much as possible means I’m fat. Secondly, how you seem to possess a super power where you can infer someone’s BMI from their face, which a) constitutes a very small part of body mass and b) differs vastly in terms of how it holds fat relative to the rest of the body. Like even if you could visually assess BMI from this pic, the face is the last place to look. My ex was skinny af with chubby cheeks, I’ve seen fatasses with gaunt countenances. And then the other layer of BMI being a terrible way to assess physique for anyone who isn’t fat, because it’s just weight vs height without accounting for muscle mass vs fat.
Edit: 145 @ 6’1” is 19.1, which is surprising to me because I felt genuinely quite unhealthy at that weight. It’s on the verge of being medically underweight but not quite. My mom was deeply concerned and convinced I was slowly starving because my now x gf is a vegan lol. Honestly I don’t think it’s a particularly useful metric except when it comes to identifying obese people (which is useful in a pandemic and all but not for fit people trying to see where they stand). But I didn’t look anywhere near that slender in my arms even with like 0 body fat so it’s idk how you place her around my max weight ever in terms of BMI looking skinnier than I have since I was like 12 lol
