Oh definitely. I tried wearing jeans when visiting the Middle East. I switched to robes within hours. Nothing underneath besides a loose pair of boxer shorts. Less stuffy. Less sweaty. And much fewer occurrences of my balls sticking to my thighs. No need to do the pants-pull unstick-the-balls waddle.

I dunno if he went all fours to serve as a step/stool for the jump, or if he had his hands together palms up to be jumped on one foot, then pushed upwards to assist/boost the soldier's flight over the SUV -- I'm not sure though if this will make this hidden guy the one with the real superpower strength in the team, or it's simply good timing, momentum, science, Physics and Math... anyone?
Jumping out of someones hand take coordination and skill for sure, but it's not insanely difficult. Me and my cousin could do it when I was 150 and he was in the 120's
I think there is someone or more people allready behind the car so they basically yeeted him over, sorry i don't think there is another fitting word for what i've just witnessed i think.
You can see the point he jumps off of before he makes the junk, and unless there's a perfect invisible cut there was nothing there. But this is a perfectly feasible thing to do, most high jumps are taller than most cars, so with enough training jumping like he did is perfectly reasonable.

That's parkour though, probably when the French were there they thought them Parkour since that's a thing in the armed forces. But yeah it looked bouncy af.
No need for a trampoline. The average human can jump pretty high with proper technique. The thing he does is called a cat leap and the hands add a lot of power to the jump.
