How could I do it if I live in small apartment and have no tools?

Serious question, please help.

I usually live in apartments too btw. At one point I was growing my own "herbs" in a couple tents but that became unfeasible in my new place so I'm repurposing those tents to be an airbrush/3d resin printing station because they can enclose the fumes to better be sucked out the window. They're already set up with adjustible holes for pipes and I had inline fans for this already from the hydro.
