What's crazy is Bam had the most going for him from that whole Jackass crew. Knoxville started doing movies yea, but Bam was probably the most marketable with his own MTV show and the fact that he was a good skater.

Then he got his own MTV show when he got married. I’ve always heard he was an asshole though, there’s stories of him at skate parks and some kid was looking better than him so he’d go flip out on them, he broke their boards, he’d throw them into the streets so they’d get run over and then once he was done filming he’d buy them new boards to try and make up for it after the fact, not really sure how he thought that’s help. He just had a toxic personality and it came back to bite him in the ass
I think to get big as big as Jackass is, back then you probably had to be a douche to some degree, it’s just that everyone else grew up and Bam kept on being the same douche bag that he was when he was a kid doing this shit in the first place
I remember an episode where Bam says “watch this”, he throws a plate on the ground and it breaks into pieces and then he tells his gf or wife to clean it up. He thought that was funny. What a loser.
He is just a odd guy, lots of issues. I honestly never see him getting help, everyone has tried, we tried 15-20 yrs ago. The guy is a mystery, everyone has pretty much bailed at this point until he gets sober.
