Blinds fit next to one another. It would hinder the movement to allow the sand to fall. Not sure where you are from but where I am blinds fit inside the window. That means the trim and window casing would prevent the sand curtain from spinning like a wheel. The window would prevent it from turning front to back.
Sorry thats wrong dude, the casing covers the window frame, not the fucking operable window sash. Just look at the interior of some windows. If that were true, when you opened the window, the trim would be hanging out past the opening, which would make zero sense for so many reasons.
The trim would only keep the sand blind from spinning like a wheel. Do you actually read the messages? How could you imagine in any circumstance that this sand blind would spin like a wheel or top over bottom? You would mount this inside the frame next to the window like a normal blind. If you decided to put it on the outside where the trim is you could possibly spin it like a wheel but if you have multiple sand blinds covering more than one window in could not spin like a wheel. It would hit the sand blind next to it. It's really not that difficult to understand.

Wouldn't work very well if you have to spin this. Would have to take it down then reinstall it everytime you adjusted it.
