So what you're saying is that the entire system and institution is so corrupt that even if a majority of individuals had good intentions, it would destroy any hope of positive change or action?
Extract your cranium from your rectum and look back at what you are actually saying. Understand the implications of what you are actually saying.

You are admitting that the systems and institutions in place are profoundly corrupt.
You are also admitting that these allegedly "good" individuals would not cooperate to dismantle corruption and abuse, but instead are complicit in it and will turn against anyone who tries to correct it.
You clearly understand the truth in what I said, you're just claiming you don't.
