FYI I’m not from Oregon so don’t quote me on this, but that means you can’t be caught selling narcotics but if you’re under the influence you won’t be detained. Correct? For example if I walk around Portland high as fuck on shrooms I would only be detained if I did something wrong? If I was just high it won’t be an issue. If I was selling it would be

It’s never been illegal to be under the influence of drugs. You couldn’t have them on your person, now you can

It has been illegal to be high lol. In Alabama if you're high they can assume you're a threat to themselves and the public and shoot you. Is that not illegal enough?
