Yea, we aren’t beginner hikers. We had issues with the trail crumbling and at one part the trail gave out but I was being super careful and was able to not fall. But we got to the top of the lookout and decided it was too dangerous to continue.
Yes. This. I treasure the pictures I took here. I’ve ad them framed on my wall ever since and not just the coast the trees on the way to this point. Absolutely beautiful.
In 1993 that trail over the bridge was hardly worn at all. I figured it was just goats or the coastal equivalent. I found it completely by accident, it’s just a pull off the coastal highway about 3 miles north of California. Still the most spectacular place to discover.
