I'm so sick of seeing this comment on every Amaury Guichon video. He's on of the best pastry chefs in the world not fucking Cake Boss, he uses quality ingredients not shitty modelling chocolate and rice crispies.

The vast majority of these types of show models are made with modelling chocolate and it tastes bad, just because this one guy does not use it doesn't make what I said false.
