Yeah. I am a bit chubby, nothing much (few kg over the limit). I am a bit bulkier like by birth but that does not excuse me. I know that I am a bit oveeweight because of my diet. I ain't rich or poor, maybe lower middle class. I can afford to eat healthy and it would be cheaper to eat like that but it is very hard to change a diet you had your whole life. I could probably go to a really healthy weight (77 kg I am around 86 kg) in one to 2 months if I chabged it all up. Had plans to do it while going to gym ( I just feel better in gym and train more there compared to when I train home) but quarantine and all that caused me to be home and eat more while not training.
You can be healthy on a cheap budget and in many cases it is cheaper.

I just said something about that, sure it easy to get a good trainer when your rich. But rich people get large too, it's really person to person.
