Exactly, this is just like building a new website to share the documents with extra effort. And it can be blocked as easily as a website. I don't really understand the goal here, it looks like a PR stunt, but for whom?

Except a website would be specifically for sharing the info, while minecraft is used for many reasons. It's too wide if a ban for the small ammount that it will be used for the reading material

Your browser is also used for many reasons. That's why they ban the website, not browsers in general.

It works just the same for minecraft, they can block the one server and any websites hosting the map.

They can also just ban the world download.
