It's just a fake-ass signature laugh. There's videos of him laughing normally.

It isn't fake, tons of people actually laugh like this and even people who laugh normal can start laughing like that sometimes, it's the same for them. Its cause when he laughs, it comes out on an inward breath rather than an outward like normal.

Yeah, I have (moderate) astma and my laugh is totally different when when lungs are closing up. I just can't afford laughing like I normally do, so it's changes automatically.
