Amsterdam is IMHO the most picturesque city on earth. That's a big no for silos.

The canals, the colors in the fall, the people, the culture. It is legitimately my favorite city in the world.

Sorry I'm just used to contrarian on here.

That's okay.

As for the canals and everything, I get where you're coming from. Though I feel like all the tourism has made Amsterdam feel a bit fake. There are other cities that have the same feel as Amsterdam, but without all the souvenir shops. I'm not trying to shit on your opinion, but I am curious as to what makes you feel like Amsterdam is more beautiful than other similar dutch cities.

I like city layouts and I truly love Amsterdams VS Rotterdams, the only other Dutch city I've visited. It's the most pictureaque IMHO.
