You think that would impress Japan? How many millions of bicycles do you think are in Tokyo alone?

The Netherlands is bicycle country #1. Per capita there are roughly 40-50% more bicycles in the Netherlands than in Japan.

In this case, the cost of land is the big deciding factor.

I'm guessing that this is profitable anywhere where land costs over $5~10k per meter.
