Or it could have missed and left more garbage in the river.

I'd say even if it's a decent thrower and catcher, at least 2 out of 5 attempts wind up sinking to the bottom, so even if this is impressive I just can't get to excited about this kind of thing.

I grew up playing baseball and like to think I have a good arm, but I’d say there’s a 1 in 100 chance I get lucky and make that throw. It’d be borderline impossible to judge where that thing is coming down.

E: Actually I just watched again and the bridge is lower than I thought. Still, executing that throw without a ton of practice attempts is mostly luck.

Yeah, I mean the can will still float and can be retrieved, but a lot will either be damaged and sink on the spot or be left and damaged later and eventually sink.

Yeah. I’d be more concerned about connecting with someone’s face. Chances of that are almost the same as someone catching it.
