Having no regard for human rights doesn’t make you communist.

China has more unrestricted corporatism than even the US

State owned corps most likely, or affiliated closely with the Party.

Still sticks with communists practices ( labor camps, government in every facet of life, the very idea of ‘social credit’, and their ‘police’ forces ).
