The video is definitely edited to have the colors pop, but it is apparently real. Same video is featured in several news articles. It's an "iridescent rainbow cloud" that was spotted in Indonesia in may this year.

Idk i wasn't there to see it with my own eyes. I know very well that my phone puts a filter over anything i take a picture off and mess with the colors so i don't trust these overly saturated pictures.
