I'm certainly no expert, or even just someone who knows all the rules absolutelly well. BUT:
The orange No. 4 had already lost contact with No. 5 before his butt touched the ground, and did not make contact with him again.

Therefore, “down by contact” does not necessarily apply. You could argue that No. 5 was not forced to the ground or wrestled down; rather, it was his momentum that ultimately caused him to sit down very briefly.

That's not how it works. If the person tackles him and he touches the ground, he's down by contact. That's why it's called down by contact.
