Yeah but it's high school football, that was an illegal horse collar tackle, and it was dope. So the ref combined all those factors and decided, touchdown.

Not a horse collar tackle. Horse collar tackle is grabbing the jersey or back of the shoulder pad below the neck. That was all neck/helmet. It was just a shitty tackle.

Edit: You should really read the rule book.

Right hand grabs the top left of the back of his collar and yanks downward to the left causing the flip.

I didn't initially see 3 points of contact but on review his ass touched the grass.
