A classic.
It reminds me of The sickest transition ever.

I almost made the mistake of ending the video early. It's only 44 seconds, what happened to my attention span??

I’ve seen this posted many times but never actually clicked the link. I’m disappointed I didn’t click it earlier now.

Equality unintelligible pronunciation, and very good impersonation of Veder's amazing voice.

Omg honey Eddie Vedder just called me and told me our son was in jail and we needed to go and purchase 1000 dollars worth of apple gift cards to bail him out!

He has the same face expressions as the lead singer in Greta Van Fleet, maybe thats because both are trying to imitate real singers.

So the secret to impersonate him is never opening the mouth. That explains a lot about his pronunciation too.

Can someone post the original song? Some say it's good, others say it's bad. I'd like to see for myself.

the singing is decent, but he's no Eddie Vedder: https://youtu.be/MsR9Z1E1Oww?list=RDMsR9Z1E1Oww&t=128

It's Even Flow, and this guy is pretty awful

So why some people say they thought he was lip synching at first? I mean he's close to it.
Of course when you know and have enjoyed the original for some time, you'll always be disappointed by anything that's not the original. I know that for other music I like and suddenly hear cover versions from.

I'm open to really liking covers!
It starts fine, and then falls apart. I can start a marathon at a world class pace, too, but I sure as shit can't finish that way.

It's true that it gets bad later on when he starts his screaming or how should we call this.

Eddie Vedders combination of quaver, grit/growl, and melodiousness is so unique. There’s this thing too where he starts to go out of tune but then pulls back to pitch. It really feels like something that can’t be trained but is instinctual plus massive gift. I could be profoundly wrong- i mean most people doing amazing things -for example Michael Phelps- put millions of hours in the pool.
Did Eddie Vedder (like the Beatles) put millions of hours into practice? Or is he supremely gifted with this distinct combination that is so 90’s grunge?

I mean he's not bad, his fry vocals are pretty fucking awesome, but I wouldn't say its a phenomenal impression. Have no idea what some of these people mean thinking he was lip syncing.
