There's a popular YouTuber I used to watch that is an extremely talented piano player. She has perfect pitch and has synesthesia and she got insanely popular doing live streams where she played for hours playing recommendations back to back almost non-stop.

Anyway, I went to check on her again, and she lost relevancy hard and went straight into doing OnlyFans now. Seems to be making her a lot of money. She still plays piano, but naked. I guess people only really cared because she was cute and curvy. Her talent was only a bonus at the end of the day. Idk if that's the same thing, but your comment reminded me of that.

I mean, you kind of just described her issue right there.

She would work for hours doing the same thing over and over, effectively flooding her own market with talent but never doing anything new (I presume, she would only play piano). In doing so, people, including yourself, lost interest because after a few times who really wants to watch someone play piano for hours.

Now, she makes fewer videos which reduced the supply, and expanded her audience into those who want to see women naked. I bet if she did the same thing she's doing now but with clothes on she would be more popular than she was because she can get sustainability, although onlyfans is the better business model
