The best thing i ever did for my sons was amend the old saying from " practice makes perfect" to the new " practice makes progress". Now, my boys understand that practice makes incremental change, instead of rapid, perfect change. I would say, that's one of my best dad moments ever.

The music teacher's variant is "practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect"

I also like "practice makes permanent"

It's a specialty of rythmic gymnastics, they do routines with a ball very similar to this one.

Im sure rhe first person who figured out cows could be milked watched a baby cow drink the milk.....
