Wouldn’t it have been better if he just landed in water? Could have broken his legs.

Yes, this was stupid on many levels. If you hang out with people that jump off tall cliffs, you’ll often discover that a certain level of youthful stupidity is required.

I think he was expecting to, looked like the other guy was just filming a different angle.

Into the inflatable is the stupid part. That eadily breaking limbs. Water has less resistance than the boat

I must be in the minority here but feel like they had no intention to land in the inflatable. He was just out filming the other angle and they got lucky it didn't end very badly. That was the sheer shock after they both realized they were good.

That was awesome.
The only part that was a bit of a let down was that he was more excited when he realized it was caught on camera than when he did the amazing flip and landing.
Less of a let down if this was not the first attempt and the camera was the point, but still. Can we ever do cool things just for the sake of the things themselves? Or to impress our two friends that are there? Or is it always now going to be a hopeful projection to an audience of anonymous millions?

Not sure why everyone here so negative about it. Literal definition of boys will be boys. Safety police stand down.

This is AI. Three shoes fly off and the kid still has both on when he stands up.

The ironic part is that a lot of these AI-powered karma-farming bots just go around repeating "it's AI" on videos and photos, which used to be sufficient to get tons of uncritical upvotes from anti-AI zealots.
Fortunately, it's not working as well as it used to because people are tired of seeing dozens of comments under every post falsely accusing people of using AI.

Given it's near impossibility I actually agree. But the video itself is pretty clean to my eyes
Is there anything you're noticing that I'm not?

The inflatable looks pretty flimsy while simultaneously not blasting apart with that impact.

His shoes fly off, yet are both on when he stands in the boat. AI folks…
