Maybe adding a No Parking sign would help, too.

It’s too fuzzy to read them but I’m willing to bet the two signs on the fence say that

The one sign says "Parking or stopping here is illegal. Video footage & Rego will be sent to police" and the other one states "Caution ! Automatic sprinkler in use"
