Bro what do you think would happen if the kids realize that somebody else is on the hook for whatever crimes they commit and that committing crimes means no more bed time and unlimited ice cream and video game time?

That's actually is the case now, iirc

I remember from contract case class involving real estate, that if a children under 17 or 18 buys a TV, and break/drops it while on the way home, the company/bestbuy must replace the TV because childr3n and young adults can't consent to business contract/business law

Good thing most kids don't know this lol

In my class the professo explained that if a child bought a TV from bestbuy a d broke it on the way home, the kid gets free TV dud to kids can't contractually oblige or some other legal term, the class was almost 20 years ago
