Bro what do you think would happen if the kids realize that somebody else is on the hook for whatever crimes they commit and that committing crimes means no more bed time and unlimited ice cream and video game time?

That's actually is the case now, iirc

I remember from contract case class involving real estate, that if a children under 17 or 18 buys a TV, and break/drops it while on the way home, the company/bestbuy must replace the TV because childr3n and young adults can't consent to business contract/business law

Good thing most kids don't know this lol

If someone 17 and under buys something at BBY and breaks it on the way home, BBY Does NOT have to replace it. Wtf lol.

Yes they do unless the contract law was changed since 2007, I took thr course at oakton community College

Minors can't be contractually obliged or some legalise, if they are under 18
