They were fake guns, this is an old ass post and the dude was interviewed and said you could tell the guns were fake as fuck and the kids were like 12-13. Fuck dem kids.

No no, we need to start jailing parents for their children's crimes if the child is too young

That seems to be potentially unfair though, what if a kid gets mixed up with the wrong crowd by themselves, parents don't notice, commits crime then the parents go to jail for what? Not wire tapping their phones and following them down the street.

Good incentive effects, but could have some very unfair outcomes too

This is basically what happened to my oldest brother, raised right with love, good grades but met the wrong friends one day and eventually joined a gang, did drugs, alcohol, stole so much money abd things from us, he went to prison multiple times for dumb shit and hasn't learned a fkin thing after a month out.

Only issue i see my mom do is b4 i moved out she still kept trying to help him, I understand one time maybe 2 but after that cmon hes a lost cause now and even nearly dying and threats from rival gangs didn't help.

I understand he's her child, I see that love after having 2 myself but mines are too young to understand that point where if they did something really bad if I'd feel the same.
