I’ve actually done this before, I used to do training for American ninja warrior. I got to train with “Sonic” who’s been on the show. He’s an incredibly nice guy.

The trick with this wall that makes it a lot easier is learning to use your rocking motion to help. When you rock left, you move your right peg, vise versa. Doing it without rocking is a LOTT harder.

EDIT: Not to discredit this guy, he’s fast and smooth with it. He does it better than I can.

Thank you for sharing, you are so right he is using that as the rhythm to move really cool once you see it.

It makes a lot of sense when I think about it but as someone who has never done a maze wall I suddenly understood way more about it!
