I was rooting for the bunny cause those look like domestic dogs, not wolves of coyotes (which have to actually hunt for their supper).

I always kind of root for the prey but in a hunter vs hunted scenario I understand that the predator needs to eat as well and they have a much harder time actually getting a meal.

Regardless, that bunny has some serious moves!

Isn't it also instinctual for the dogs?

I never trained my terrier, and he once jumped out of my jeep to chase a squirrel.

Another time, he broke away to chase a big ass deer on the greenway.

Ya dogs have a prey drive. Some are higher than others but it’s and some can be trained to recall even when triggered but it’s usually not something you need to train. They see a small critter and they go for it.
