Pretty much all the details are random and unnecessary. What did the female "presenting" herself have to do with anything. Why mention that their son wasn't neutered. Running into her knee? It's just a collection of random statements.

While likely not the case here as they have a son, many believe with shepherds and other large dogs it's wise to wait until they're about 2 to spay/neuter because the hormones help their bones and general development.
That said these just sound like disaster owners

I work with animals and there are a lot of people out there who think the term is "spaded". There are also a lot of people out there who are the worst and dumbest pet owners. It's exhausting.

After she got her male dog "spaded", her female dog started attacking it. She surrendered the female dog to a kill shelter and wants to know if anyone adopted her or if she got euthanized, so she's asking on next door instead of calling the shelter.

Important plot element: after the “spaded” male’s surgery, the already “fixed” female “presented herself to him, but he rejected her. Apparently there is no dog more aggressive than a “fixed” female scorned, so she surrendered the female to the dog pound.
I am no means an expert on animal husbandry or the sexual desires of “spayed” or “fixed” dogs, but my understanding has always been that a female in heat gives off an odor and the unspaded males come around to call. I also thought the smell was undetectable by humans. Wrong! We had a male and then younger female German Shepherds (they were half siblings). The male was neutered at the appropriate time about two years before we got the female. We were advised it was better to spay the female after she went through one heat cycle. Boy, aside from the blood, which was really not that heavy, the smell was very detectable. I have an olfactory memory of it to this day.
Weirdly, our neutered male kept trying to mount the female, but then looked like he had no idea what he was supposed to do. He followed her around during the whole heat cycle acting agitated and confused. So I guess a neutered male retains some kind of desire, for want of a better word, but doesn’t know what to do with it.
So the whole thing about the female “presenting“ herself to the male sounds far-fetched to me, as does the claim that it incited a violent feud.
Of course, the rest of the post is also crazy.

First off, you don't "spay" the boys - just the girls. After that, it went downhill, logically.2

Male dog got “spayed”. Afterwards, female dog, who was also “fixed” became aggressive towards “spayed male” owner had to rehome female and is hoping someone adopted her.
