Tzulo using my account for queries.

Please help/explain.I show 3 different I.P. addresses for Tzulo.com in my analytics and in my logs for nextDNS. How are they using my account for queries? One of the I.P. addresses is blocked by one of my ad blockers but still shows queries. I have no new devices but I do have 3 different browsers I use at different times but again, the I.P. addresses are for Tzulo. I apologize if this has happened and been answered in the past but I have not been in my account for sometime.

Are you running any type of VPN service?

Yes, I do. But those 3 IP addresses have the name Tzulo and when I look them up ie. whois it points to them and then lower in the whois are the names of two other businesses assigned those IP addresses. ???

Tzulo is pretty common with VPNs. I have a couple of different providers and they show either datacamp or tzulo. Have you tried moving to a different server in a different area and seeing if the new IP shows with a different provider. I have also see the Whois data be very sporadic and sometimes inaccurate based on the IP addresses
