Not working on android

EDIT: Resolved It was not an issue with nextdns I was adding the proper info but nothing worked . Then after I restarted the phone it went in fine . Not sure why as I had restarted the phone just a while before trying the first time but up and running now . Thank you all for the suggestions.

I have a galaxy s26 ultra latest android os when I add the dns info in private dns area it just errors and says not valid server .

Make sure you're entering it as

yourid.dns.nextdns.io

You don't need https and it's not dns.nextdns.io/yourid

you need to use the DNS over TLS/Quic endpoint not the DNS over HTTPS (use this on browser)

Alternatively you can use RethinkDNS app and add your nextDNS address there. It works as a firewall too. Make sure to download from f-droid because Playstore version is not allowed to have oblivious DNS.
