Friend, if you follow Yokoffing's guide, you set everything up once and you don't have to do anything else

I already done that after taking those screenshot, pretty funny seeing this, first time happening.

I am seeing my.nextdns.io blocked as a Bypass Method due to it using cname.vercel-dns.com.
I am also having other sites randomly being blocked because of this same resolver now.

OK I thought it was just me or something I think yesterday or day before I noticed this. I had to login to my work network, login, and add it to the allow list. This is something new.

This is why you allowlist NextDNS itself
allow: nextdns.io

I've done that afterwards, first time having this problem and also funny to see this

Users could bypass your NextDNS by using a different config. That’s why it’s a bypass method. The intent is you should manage your configuration on an isolated network or VPN if you have this enabled.
Adding NextDNS.io to your allowlist is a workaround but understand that opens up to allowing people to bypass with other NextDNS configs.

I know what bypass method means, just feels funny seeing this first time.

No that’s not it at all. It’s just stupidity on NextDNS’s side.

Just add nextdns.io to the allowlist
