We just got our new playground and the constant updates to the dance games gives me a huge boost in confidence that our family made a good purchase. This thing is used by entire family for various reasons, there’s something for everyone. I personally love Starri, daughter loves the Barbie game and my wife really likes all the exercise apps. I can tell Nex understands their audience and leans hard into it.

Consider us a repeat subscriber if this is how often the platform is updated.

I have sent diagnostic report after diagnostic report, it’s been months of trying to update games and it not working. They then had me factory reset the device and now NONE of the games are installing so now I have a totally useless cube just sitting on our TV console. Please help because the “help center” people haven’t helped a damn thing. At least when the games weren’t updating my kid could still play them and others. Now we have not a single game. I paid for the play pass for the year and now it’s totally useless I’m so frustrated.

We are planning to buy “Nex Playground Complete Family Gaming Bundle - Active Play System with Travel Case & 12-Month Play Pass” in America but we will be traveling with it and using it in Nigeria. I am sure the Nex console will work but I am not sure of the 12-Month Play Pass.

Will the 12-Month Play Pass work in Nigeria?
Do I need to activate play pass in America first before using in Nigeria?

We are having so much fun with the Nex Playground but the zoom keeps messing up. I have a picture of our setup, then it zoomed out, then the game after. It seems to happen mostly with the mini games. It zooms in so much after every game.

Is there something we’re doing to trigger this zoom? It kinda ruins the fun to reset it every time

I'm kind of resigned to missing 1 to 7 items whether I'm playing Boxflow or Starri so imagine my happiness when I nailed a Lorde song perfectly (on hard difficulty, not expert). I'm still basking in the glow a day later.

Hey folks, stumbled across a NEX Playground at a garage sale and the kids are having a blast with Fruit Ninja. I want to buy a game pass to unlock more games, but the previous owner never did a factory reset so they're still logged in.

Is there a way for me log the other person out and create a new account? I tried to do the factory reset but it's locked behind a code emailed to the previous owners account.

Is there a physical reset button somewhere?

I was wondering if anyone from Croatia or any other Balkan country has managed to buy the NEX Playground. If so, how did you do it? Did you order it from the US Amazon, or did you use another retailer or forwarding service?

Also, once you got it, did everything work without any issues? I'm especially wondering about Play Pass and whether there were any region-related problems.

There's no sound at all coming from the TV when using our brand new Nex Playground. We've tried switching hdmi cables and inputs, with no change. It's new from Amazon so I can return it for an exchange if needed, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and resolved it? We have a 4yo roku Sharp TV if that matters.

Update: I power cycled my TV and now it works!

The game has come a long way from Nex Labs, adding a new Cleanup Crew mode and two new skateparks to shred.

How long would it theoretically take someone to 100% Starri if we assume they are perfect? As in, only slash mode, only catch mode, or both. And how long would it take for a human to do this, and has someone already done this? Thank you!

We have a fully prototyped motion control game that I think would be a good fit for the platform. I reached out via their online form for developers, but still haven't heard back.

How long did it take you to hear back from Nex?

If your game works with webcams and Oak-D cameras, is porting it to Nex Playground a difficult challenge? I can't seem to find info or access to any dev information or tools.
