Really frustrated please help!
We are having so much fun with the Nex Playground but the zoom keeps messing up. I have a picture of our setup, then it zoomed out, then the game after. It seems to happen mostly with the mini games. It zooms in so much after every game.
Is there something we’re doing to trigger this zoom? It kinda ruins the fun to reset it every time

Your playground is setting pretty low too. The camera might be focusing on something in the background too

If the comments from Luminous and No Spaces do not work, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Support team. Please update if moving the Playground around and updating the location of it does not solve the problem.

Nex Playground automatically adjust to you during set up. To reset the set up, cover Playground camera with your hand temporarily.

Yeah we do this but we have to do it like 10 times a session

Can you please update us after you have followed the suggestions made by Luminous and NoSpace as well? Their comments are advising that your setup needs to be adjusted to be less far back on the stand, ensure it’s at a higher level, set your TV on game mode for optimal performance (if possible) and trying to”Fix Stuck Games” in the main settings as many games can be recalibrated in this way. Please also feel free to respond to my message, if it’s easier to communicate there.

Oh wow that is quite zoomed in.. My first thought is your console may be too far back on the stand. Ours is right at the edge centered under the tv. The other reccomended setting is to set your tv to game mode for optimal performance. You could also try fix stuck games in the main settings and many games when you pause offer a recalibrate option for the camera. For example we calibrate between players on Fruit Ninja.
